We communicate with clients via e-mail and routinely transmit documents over the internet. This allows for efficient, same day reporting on important events.

With new clients, we urge a comprehensive meeting so that we have a thorough understanding of the client’s goals and appreciate the full extent of the client’s desires.

Depending on the client’s input, we have designated an attorney to be responsible for insuring the client’s satisfaction and have designated a primary attorney for defense of the cases. This can include periodic meetings to discuss strategy for upcoming cases.

Stephen R. Vedova, associate, has concentrated his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation claims throughout Illinois. His expertise includes every aspect of the handling of claims, including early assessment of potential exposure, trial preparation, arbitration, review before the Industrial Commission and appeals to the Circuit Court and Appellate Court. Our goal is to work with each of our clients to identify disputed issues and viable defenses and to proactively advance each claim to resolution through trial or settlement.
